Modules abroad are currently available for Madrid and Kuala Lumpur. Students can go to one or both of the modules abroad or a Winterim to meet their “TGE” requirement. During the module abroad, T-birds will be taken to 4 company visits and must attend at least 2 of them. Selected students must take care that their passports be valid for at least 6 months after the starting date of the course. The school will not provide any accommodation for the students at any of the places. Interested candidates can inquire about their visa process from the countries’ consulates in Los Angeles. It is required to state all medical conditions before travelling to avoid any mishaps. There will not be any official language classes prior to the program.
Applications will be closed by Oct 18th 4:30 PM and the applicants must submit their applications to Sandra Collins at her desk. Selected students will be notified by Oct 28th and Nov 4th is the last day to pay the deposit. A basic information session regarding the place will happen in early December before the ending of the term. There is a minimum requirement of 3.0 GPA to apply for the program. People applying for both the modules can submit one application with both of the essays in it. Further information will be updated in the MTB link.
For past student experiences from the module abroad program, why not check out student experiences from Prague and China earlier this year:
