On Friday, October 2, Dr. Morrison is hosting a Student Town Hall in Yount 100 at 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Several questions have been submitted for the meeting and students are working together with Dr. Morrison to have these questions answered for the student body.
Beyond the Student Town Hall, if you have a questions for the administration, send them to drewhim@global.t-bird.edu or kaladharr@global.t-bird.edu and Thunderbird Student Government (TSG) will work to make sure students’ concerns are addressed.
In order to vocalize students’ concerns, TSG has arranged an opportunity for students to meet before the Student Town Hall on Friday. On Thursday, October 1 at 4:00 – 6:00 p.m. in Lecture Hall 53 there will be a student strategy session to prepare questions and discuss the town hall. Students are encouraged to attend both sessions to create progress towards more efficient communication.

Well? Alumni are anxious to hear from students about the Town Hall. Hopefully Dr. M was more attentive and empathetic this time around.
Here’s a brief recap of Dr. Morrison’s key messages.
1. Stop your whining and suck it up.
2. You are lucky I am communicating with you at all.
3. I do not need to seek input from anyone. I am all-knowing.
What was most disturbing during the town hall meeting was when Dr. Morrison publicly criticized Thunderbird’s faculty as being “academic” and ill-equipped to advise him on matters pertaining to Thunderbird’s integration with ASU. What was he hoping to accomplish other than making students question the value of a Thunderbird education?
I agree with Travelnut. It’s more than just disturbing. To highlight the inferiority of T-Bird faculty, Dr. M boasted that he has published 20 papers on M&A. I hope you have better luck finding any of these 20 papers.
Dr. Morrison give massage to TIAA and TELC while he continue to depress students, insult professors, and destroy culture. He also lie way too much.
Can someone ask Dr.Morrison what is his vision for T-bird and 1,3 and 5 yr plan to realize them. Also, has his plan changes in the year or so he has been in helm and how. BTW, this is more or less the way conversations with Dr. Cabrera went while school went doqn-hill.
One very big difference: while Cabrera mortgaged the campus for millions of dollars in loans, ASU paid for those loans on behalf of Thunderbird. So let’s whine and sob, because ASU can do what it says.
