Thursday, February 25

Don’t miss the Thunderbird Start Up Club’s second event: the Due Diligence workshop! Learn all about fundraising for your startup from 4:30-7 PM in Yount 100.

After the Due Diligence workshop, head on over to the Pub for Latin night! You’ve always wanted to learn how to salsa; now’s your chance. Festivities start at 9 PM, with free dance lessons kicking off the night.

Friday, February 26

Join the Greater China Club at 2 PM in Snell 27 to start learning a new language! The club will be teaching basic Pin Yin learning as well pronunciation. As Tbirds, we never know where we’re going to end up…better start practicing your language skills now!

Come attend the Refugee Consulting Info Session organized by Net Impact at 1 PM in Snell 26. This is the kick-off for the exciting project working with entrepreneur refugees and you will have a chance to form business consulting teams that will work with start-up businesses in Arizona!

Wednesday, March 2

Join the Thunderbird Rugby Club this Wednesday for a good cause. The team is working with the Red Cross to host a blood drive on campus. Come hang out with your favorite jorts-wearing gentlemen from 10 AM-3 PM while supporting a great cause!

After donating (or while waiting for your turn), join the Women’s International Business Club on Wednesday in Herberger Conference Room 236 from 10:30 AM-12 PM for a fun and informative event about all things marketing. Guest speaker Doreen Amatelli-Clark has done it all- from large corporations to small companies to her own businesses. Doreen knows the ins and outs of marketing at all levels, in all different types of companies. You don’t want to miss this!

And don’t forget to come and relax with the Thunderbird Meditation and Wellness Club after you’ve donated blood and brushed up on your marketing skills! Join Neha Bandekar and Walter Arias as they lead a session of deep breathing and calm reflection in Snell 1 at 2:15 PM.
