This past week, I have been scouting the Thunderbird Herberger building, getting to know the staff, finding out who does what, and who students can turn to if they have questions or concerns. I learned from Dodie Busch, Senior Director of Student Experience & Affairs, that her department will be coming out with an updated “Who Do I Contact?” sheet in the next few weeks that will be shared with the all the students. In the meantime, I’ve put together an outline of the division of labor among the staff and who students can contact with what type of question:
